Ingredients for the Aubergine tart

300 grams all purpose flour
1 tea spoon salt
2 soup spoons sugar
150 grams vegetable butter in room temperature
1 egg
4 soup spoons cold water
cling film
Olive oil
1 dry chopped onion
500 grams aubergine(cleaned)
100 grams bacon in chunks
1 tea spoon salt
Some pepper
1/2 a bunch of parsley
100 grams feta cheese in pieces
2 pieces of baking paper
1 tea spoon vegetable butter in a tart pan 27cm in length and 4 cm in height
2 eggs
200ml milk cream 35% fat
