Ingredients for the Brioche

2 kilos of flour
200gr fresh yeast
1 mug warm water (40 degrees)
3 1/3 mug of sugar
1 tea spoon salt
2 spoons seed oil
1 spoon grated mahlap
1 spoon grated kakoyle
1 mug burning hot milk
10 eggs
1 3/4 of a mug melted butter and warm
