Ingredients for the Cod fish with garlic saucee

About 1 1/2 kg salted cod fillet from the s/m
Ingredients for the garlic sauce:
300gr stale bread
2 garlic cloves
1 coffee mug oil
4 soup spoons vinegar
Salt
80gr chopped walnuts
ingredients for the batter:
400gr iced water
150gr corn flour
150gr self risen flour
Freshly grounded peper
1/2 a tea spoon curry
1 tea mug of oil for frying
