Ingredients for the Greek New Years cake(vasilopita)

145 grams warm water
200 grams yeast
580 grams sugar
1 tea spoon salt
2 tea spoons mixed mahleb- kakoules
2 soup spoons seed oil
180 grams hot milk
10 eggs
2 kilos all purpose flour
190 grams animals butter
1 piece of baking paper
Some vegetable butter for spreading the pan
1 egg yolk+ 2 drops of tap water for spreading the vasilopita
