Ingredients for the filling
Oil
2 spring onions
500 grams of leek
Ingredients for the beshamel sauce
2 soup spoons vegetable butter
2 soup spoons all purpose flour
160 grams of milk
2 eggs
160 grams graviera(greek yellow cheese)
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Some vegetable butter and some flour for the tart pan
