Ingredients for the Lenten samali

400 grams thin semolina
140 grams thick semolina
200 grams sugar
2 vanilines
20 grams baking powder
Zest from a lemon
200 ml seed oil
300 ml natural orange juice

For the syrop
400 ml tap water
400 grams sugar
1 vaniline
Juice from 1 lemon
Peel from a lenon Hold them with a toothpick so they stay round
