Ingredients for the Mexican red bean salad

250 grams of boiled kidney beans (or canned)
1 green + 1 red pepper (grilled)
150 grams of boiled corn (or canned)
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp of garlic paste or 1 garlic clove finely chopped
salt
vinegar
1 tbsp of mustard
olive oil
oregano
pepper
