Ingredients for the Peinirli

1 glass warm water 180 ml
16 grams dry yeast
1 soup spoon sugar
1 soup spoon vinegar
2 soup spoons seedoil
1 tea spoon salt
340 grams all purpose flour
7 tea spoons animals butter(for 7 pieces of peinirli)
7 sticks gouda cheese (for 7 pieces of peinirli)
1 ripe tomato cut in 7 slices
1 piece of baking paper
