Ingredients for the Pork knuckles with wine

40 ml oil
30 ml liquid soya
40 ml mild spicy mustard
5 grams spicy paprika
3 grams powdered carnation sticks
70 grams tomato puree
Some rosemary leaves
1 tea spoon salt
2 pork knuckles about 2 kilos
200 ml red wine
1 piece baking paper
Some balsamic cream pomegranate and vanilla
