Ingredients for the Rainbow cupcakes

110 grams all purpose flour (sifted)
65 grams sugar
vanilla essence
1 tea spoon baking powder
95 grams full fat milk
1/2 beaten egg
30 grams sunflower oil
1 table spoon Greek yogurt
125 grams melted butter

Food coloring
Purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red

(For the Buttercream)
125 grams butter at room temperature
190 grams powdered sugar(sifted)
15 grams full fat milk
