130 grams sugar
160 ml seed oil
270 ml regular milk
150 grams thin semolina
Zest from a lemon
20 grams baking powder
300 grams coconut flakes

1 tea spoon vegetable butter

(For the syrop)
550ml tap water
470 grams sugar
The peel from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lemon

(For the topping)
200 ml milk cream 22%
180 grams dark chocolate
5 soup spoons milk
