Ingredients for the Souffle with bacon,leeks and potatoes

4 soup spoons olive oil
1 grated onion
200 grams smoked bacon
200 grams leeks
1 kilo grated potatoes
1 tea spoon nutmeg
1 tea spoon pepper
1 tea spoon salt
1/2 a bunch parsley
200 grams gouda cheese
3 eggs
250 grams drained cow’s yoghurt
200 ml sour cream 30% fat
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon pepper
25 grams all purpose flour
