Ingredients for the Spetzofai(sausages with red pepper and green long peppers)

520 grams long peppers
1 medium chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
700 grams village type sausages filled with leek
1 shot red semi sweet wine
1 carrot in pieces
1 red pepper florinis type
1 kan con kase 280 grams chopped tomatoes
1 tea spoon sweet paprika
some hot chilli (boukovo)
freshly grounded pepper
some parsley
