Ingredients for the spring veal
1 kilo of veal cut in portions
1 kg carrots
1 bunch of spring onions
1/2 a bunch dill
4 potatoes
1 lemon
A soup spoon flour
1/2 a glass oil
Put the oil to ‘burn’ for 5 minutes add the meat and after 5 minutes add the onions when the onions are steamed we add the carrots, dill,and we wait for 5 minutes add 1 glass water salt pepper and close for 50 minutes,after the 50 minutes have passed we add the potatoes for 10 minutes and towards the end we add the lemon juice which we have diluted with a spoon of flour we drizzle it turn off the stove and our dish is ready
