Ingredients for the Tanjarine cake

100 grams vegetable butter (soft)
250 grams sugar
3 eggs
Zest from 4 large tanjarines
1 shot of cognac
Juice from 4 large tanjarines (about 350 ml of juice)
300 grams self risen flour + 1 tea spoon baking powder
50 grams blond raisins + 1 tea spoon flour
1 tea spoon vegetable butter
1 soup spoon of flour
