Ingredients for the Tart with leek filled sausage

oil
1 medium chopped onion
4 sausages filled with leek (380 gr.)
2 red peppers(200 gr.)
1 tea spoon sweet paprika
250 gr. sauce( about 2 tomatoes)
Salt
Pepper
About 300gr. puff pastry (1 layer)
A piece of baking paper
130 gr. grated gouda cheese
3 to 4 rosemary leaves( optional)
