Ingredients for the Thessalonikis bagels

1 glass of warm water
2 soup spoons sunflower oil
1 soup spoon sugar
A pinch of salt
1 bag of yeast
400 grams normal flour
1 wine glass tap water
1 soup spoon sugar
1 tea spoon sunflower oil so that the dough doesn’t become sticky
100 grams sesame
1 piece baking paper
