Ingredients for the Thessaloniki’s Bougatsa

750 grams of full fat milk
200 grams of heavy cream 35%
1 tbsp of corn starch
3 tbsps of butter
150 grams of fine semolina
a pinch of salt
vanilla powder
450 grams of strong flour
50 grams og melted butter
225 grams of water
1/2 tsp of salt
100 grams of butter at room temperature
150 grams of sugar
3 small size eggs
ground cinnamon and powdered sugar
