Ingredients for the Turkey fillet with white mushroom sauce

1 kilo turkey breast
5 soup spoons vegetable butter
2 soup spoons flour
Ingredients for the mushroom sauce
1/2 a kilo Agaricus mushrooms
1 chopped onion
Juice from 1 lemon
1 glass of white wine
1 tea spoon of coriander
200gr sour cream with 30% fat
200gr grated cheese
For serving
1/2 a bunch of parsley
